About the Job
The Orchards is a dynamic organization seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional service to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all records and residents' information.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; office skills training and experience preferred.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to operate computer keyboard or telephone, talk or hear when interacting with individuals or groups, and stand while conversing.
