Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Outpatient Receptionist. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our patients and visitors. Your primary duties will include managing patient flow, handling phone calls and correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
* Manage patient flow, ensuring smooth and efficient access to healthcare services
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records, including patient information and appointment schedules
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent
* Computer literacy and basic IT skills
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
