About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist and Scheduler to join our team at Seneca Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and determining their needs
  • Scheduling appointments and managing waitlists
  • Checking-in and registering patients, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting fees
  • Guiding patients back to the provider's office and ensuring smooth transitions

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of general clerical experience preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $17.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
