Job Description

This Clinical Rehabilitation Coordinator role requires an individual with significant experience in working with adults with mental health problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of rehabilitation principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that meet individual needs
  • Providing expert advice on rehabilitation strategies to clinicians and other stakeholders
  • Liaising with commissioners and care providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Registered with the appropriate professional body
  • Educated to diploma/degree level
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience working with adults with mental health problems
