**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Associate Case Manager to join our team at Bush & Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical rehabilitation and a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Managing a caseload of clients and developing tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Leading assessments and providing expert recommendations on client care.
  • Signposting individuals to relevant services and advocating on their behalf.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant field.
  • Valid registration with an appropriate clinical body.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
