We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Specialist Palliative Care therapy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care and be able to work autonomously, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and in our Hospice of the Good Shepherd units.

The post holder will contribute to the provision of specialist palliative and end-of-life rehabilitation to patients with malignant or non-malignant conditions, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Physiotherapy, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, and have evidence of post-graduate learning in palliative care.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in patients' homes and in our Hospice of the Good Shepherd units.

  • Promote advanced care planning, manage complex end-of-life symptoms, and meet the integrated care needs of patients.
