Clinical Operations Role Summary
The Outpatient Clinic Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Morad Law Group's outpatient behavioral health clinic. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations, provide administrative support, and foster positive relationships with patients and staff.

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of clinic schedules, appointment reminders, and referral coordination.
  • Maintenance of accurate patient records, including demographic data, medical histories, and treatment plans.
  • Collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Facilitation of training and education for clinic staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as behavioral health, business administration, or marketing.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position or directly related field.
  • Proven track record of successful operational management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records systems, Microsoft Office software applications, and other relevant technology.
