Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Ralawise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area, and delivering outstanding customer service.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask with ease. You will also possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries;
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared in advance;
- Provide refreshments and arrange catering for meetings as required;
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor badges;
- Perform a range of administrative tasks such as expense management, invoicing, and office supplies procurement.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional development.
