Support Services Manager Job Description

Ralawise is seeking an experienced Support Services Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide administrative support to our directors and customer operations team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the front desk team, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide strategic administrative support to our directors and customer operations team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing mail and packages.
  • Expense Management: Develop and implement effective expense management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, working closely with our customer services and aftersales teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior administrative role is required. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, offering a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
