Service Desk Analyst for Windows and Office

Grosvenor Group's Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line technology support services to the business, including desk-side support and remote assistance. This 'hands-on' role requires excellent communication and technical skills, as well as experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Office, and Azure environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams, providing technical support services to the business, including desktop support, meeting room support, and administration support for key business systems. They will also be responsible for mitigating cybersecurity threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
About the Role:
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line technology support services to the business.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the achievement and maintenance of requisite levels of user satisfaction.
- Mitigate cybersecurity threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
