About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst who is fluent in German to join our team in Chester. As a German Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our global user base.

You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and document incidents using ServiceNOW. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of M365 and MS TEAMS, as well as work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
