Tribe Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our client's growing CCTV solutions team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the construction, security, or technology industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively prospecting and qualifying new leads in the construction sector, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation, and maintaining and expanding existing client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Our ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a consultative selling approach.
