  1. Provide intensive support and guidance to children and young people affected by substance use, helping them to develop coping strategies and build resilience.
  2. Work closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes for young people.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or youth work.
  • Experience of working with children and young people affected by substance use.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
