Childcare Leadership Specialist

**Opportunity Overview:**
We are seeking an accomplished Children's Home Manager to lead a 4-5 bed children's home at SGS Care Ltd. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with experience of managing complex teams and projects. You will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, with a proven track record of driving improvements and achieving outstanding results in childcare.
Key Responsibilities:**
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
- To lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent practice and high-quality outcomes.
- To work closely with other departments, including Designated Psychologists and Occupational Therapists, to ensure seamless delivery of our holistic service.
- To maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics, adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- To contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
