Salary: Up to £66,550 per annum (includes base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives)

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: YPs with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Home; Number of Beds: 4-5 bed homes

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)

Experience in Years: Experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children's home

Employment Type: Permanent
