Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Abingdon Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care management, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead marketing efforts to attract resources and support for the facility
Requirements:
- Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care management (Preferred)
- High school diploma (Required)
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid-time off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and career growth opportunities.
