Job Overview

At Willing Care, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team. As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults with complex needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and associated comorbidities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments for each resident, developing personalized care plans that address their specific health needs and promote overall well-being.
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, including those with long-term conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Manage residents with long-term and complex health conditions, applying specialized knowledge and skills to address these needs.
  • Diagnose, plan, and implement appropriate interventions for residents with complex health issues, responding swiftly in urgent or emergency situations to deliver effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident interactions, consultations, and treatments, following legislative policies and procedures for documentation.

Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Passion for person-centred care, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
  • Experience working in settings that involve dementia care, mental health conditions, or learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, support, and work collaboratively with care teams.
