Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at John Masefield House in Oxford. As a RGN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adults with physical disability and/or long-term neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
* Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, prioritizing their health and well-being.
* Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times, adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
* Be competent and confident in managing people with long-term health conditions, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, brain injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, speech impairment, spina bifida, hydrocephalus, or stroke.
Requirements:
* Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered with the NMC.
* Ability to work on shift/rota pattern, including 12-hour shifts, day shifts, night shifts, and overtime.
* Have the right to work in the UK.

John Masefield House is a specialist nursing home supporting adults with physical disability and/or long-term neurological conditions. Our dedicated team provides personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity.
