About the Role:
We are seeking a Care Worker to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will be providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting clients with their medication and medical needs
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and support
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle
• Must be able to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must be caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate
