  • Job Summary: Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality personal care and support to service users, including washing, dressing, and using the toilet.
    • Build relationships with service users and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of service user information, including care plans, incidents, and medication administration.
  • Requirements:
    • Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
    • Committed to providing high-quality care and support, with a strong emphasis on promoting independence and dignity.
