Care Assistant/Support Worker

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team at Petypher House Extra Care Scheme in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents, providing personal care and support to enable them to maintain their independence.
As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene. You will also have the chance to participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and well-being.
The role requires a flexible approach, with shift times available including 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-7am, as well as alternate weekends.
