Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker in Oxfordshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £12.50 per hour
- Overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours
- A paid sleep-in shift of £50
