Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Burford, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support
• Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our young people and staff
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care and support
