Home Health Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Home Health Physiotherapist. This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour workweek, including every 3rd to 4th weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • VA License or PT Compact privilege
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health/hospice experience
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
