**Job Title:** Registered General Nurse

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and long-term neurological conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to patients with complex health needs, including those with long-term health conditions.
  • Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times, adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
  • Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist patients in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
  • Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of patient interaction and consultation, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered with the NMC.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota pattern and be flexible with working hours.
  • Passion for caring and helping people, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

**About the Service:** Our client is a specialist nursing home supporting adults with physical disabilities and/or long-term neurological conditions. Many of our residents require assistance with meals, drinks, and general nutrition, and some have communication challenges or cannot communicate verbally.

**Schedule:**

  • 12 hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
  • Overtime and weekend availability.
