About the Role

This position involves supporting clients with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support in the comfort of their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and improve the lives of our clients.

The role requires a strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support
  • Assisting with daily routines and activities
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
