Job Summary
">We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, and enabling them to participate in leisure activities.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of motivation and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience or qualifications are required - we provide free, Skills for Care endorsed full training.
">We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus opportunities for overtime. You will also have access to flexible working hours, annualised hours, and a contributory pension scheme. Additionally, you will receive free nationally accredited training, and the opportunity to earn a qualification and progress your career.
