Job Description

SeeAbility Careers is recruiting for a dedicated Male Support Worker Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, with a focus on promoting independence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional care and support
Requirements
  • A valid full UK manual driving license is essential
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviours
Benefits
  • Paid induction programme
  • Overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours
  • Additional £1200 per year based on 2 waking nights per month

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum (£12.00 per hour), plus benefits.
