About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young people's lives, helping them regain their childhood and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a residential children's home environment.
  • Helping young people develop daily routines, challenge themselves, and participate in memorable activities that foster growth and enjoyment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £34,084 - £40,252 per annum, including bonuses and sleep-ins.
  • Up to 4 sleep-ins per month at £80 each.
  • 7 weeks' annual leave, plus flexible holiday allowance.
