Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

About Us:

Cranstoun Group is a leading provider of substance misuse services, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker in Oxfordshire.

Your Role:

You will be working with children and young people affected by substance use, providing tailored interventions and support to help them build resilience and achieve positive change in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To hold and manage a caseload of children and young people across South Oxfordshire.
  • To provide specialist assessments, care planning, and deliver evidence-based psychosocial brief and structured interventions through one-to-one appointments, groups, and online sessions.
  • To work closely with partner agencies to support young people to achieve positive change and improve their life chances.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving license is required for this role.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required.
