Nursery Support Worker Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Support Worker to join our team at Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the care and education of young children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that meet the needs of the age group.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the nursery, including toys and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and development.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or concerns within the nursery.

Full Time/ Part Time - Monday-Friday

Salary Range - £17,888.00 - £23,795.20 Pro Rata

Key Requirements

We are seeking an individual with experience in childcare and a passion for early years education. An Early Years Qualification is not required, but a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential.
