Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Programme Leaders and other staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistical demands of running an outdoor programme at multiple locations, as well as providing excellent customer service to parents, carers, and support teams of participants.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistical demands of running an outdoor programme at multiple locations.
- Provide administrative support to Programme Leaders and other staff members.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and support teams of participants.
- Liaise with partner organisations, transport firms, and local authority social care teams.
