About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oxfordshire, offering a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with autism, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build relationships with service users, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Assist with personal development, encouraging independence, and promoting social engagement through activities and outings.
Requirements
  • A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a calm, caring, and resilient nature.
