Care and Support Role at Academics Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Autism Care Specialist to join our team at a primary school in Abingdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a student with Autism.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and experience working with children who require additional support. A strong ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and build confidence and motivation are essential.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and understanding. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop tailored support plans and contribute to the student's educational and personal development.
