Job Overview

We're seeking a Male Bank Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll provide daily care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Working with us, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships: Getting to know the people you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live life on their own terms.
  • Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support. You should have a calm, caring, and resilient nature, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

This role requires a valid full UK manual driving license, as you'll be driving individuals to appointments and activities. You must also have the right to work in the UK.
