Childcare Development Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Hadland Care Group as a Childcare Development Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to develop their skills in childcare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily care of children, observing and supporting their progress, and ensuring their safety and well-being. A key aspect of this role is being a reliable team member, working collaboratively with other staff members to provide high-quality care.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and patient nature, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to gain a clear DBS.
