Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build relationships with service users, understanding their needs and empowering them to live independently.
  • Support activities such as holidays, social events, and hobbies to promote social engagement and well-being.
