Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Build relationships with service users, understanding their needs and empowering them to live independently.
- Support activities such as holidays, social events, and hobbies to promote social engagement and well-being.
About the Individuals We Support:
Jane* enjoys going out for long drives and has her own mobility car.
Jack* is a loving and caring individual who loves adventures on the train, watching airplanes, and collecting fans.
