Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support during class activities
  • Assisting with behavior management
  • Helping with lunch duty
  • Supporting personal care needs, such as feeding or toileting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A genuine passion for working with children with additional learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree in Psychology or Criminology, or a related field
