About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a Psychology degree or relevant qualification to fill the role of Learning Support Assistant at Academics Ltd. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children with diverse needs, develop your skills and knowledge in educational settings, and contribute to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support students with complex needs in a classroom setting.
  • To develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote student progress.
  • To collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of support services.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Psychology degree or relevant qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adults alike.

Salary: £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
