About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a SEN Classroom Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs
- To work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to develop and implement individualized plans
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development
- To contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality support to students
Salary:
£80-£90 per day
