The Role

We are seeking an experienced or passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in their academic, social, and personal development, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

  • Support individual students or small groups with a range of SEN, including complex needs and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Experienced or passionate about working with students with complex needs, including autism and PMLD.
  2. Flexible and willing to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
  3. Enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Desirable qualifications include experience working in a similar role within an SEN setting, relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Support worker or psychology, and ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £90-100 per day, offering a competitive rate for your expertise and dedication.
