SEN Educational Assistant

We are seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students with complex needs, including autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
This is a full-time, long-term contract with a competitive daily rate of 90-100.

Our school provides high-quality education and care to students with complex needs, ranging from early years to post-16.
Our pupils include those with severe learning difficulties, autism, and PMLD.
We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and supportive environment that celebrates diversity and growth.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students in their academic, social, and personal development.
You will have the opportunity to:
