Nurse for Adults with Complex Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at John Masefield House, a specialist nursing home supporting adults with complex needs.
As a Nurse for Adults with Complex Needs, you will provide high-quality nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, prioritizing their health problems and intervening appropriately in emergency situations.
You will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. Additionally, you will manage people with long-term health conditions confidently and competently, identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for service users with complex needs.
A genuine passion for caring and helping others is essential for this role, as well as a valid NMC Pin and the ability to work flexible shift/rota patterns. You must also have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
