About the JobAs a senior clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with CMHF hubs, supervise and manage staff, and provide formal and informal teaching and supervision of students.
Key responsibilities include leading the team in skilled triage of referrals, prioritizing urgent clinical needs, and carrying a small defined complex caseload. You will also provide home treatment for patients experiencing mental health crises and work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop the service.
