With a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, you will possess excellent clinical skills, a deep understanding of bio-psycho-social perspectives, and the ability to manage complex cases.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mental health care in Oxfordshire, working closely with local managers, professionals, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities include managing mental health crises, supporting admission and discharge of patients, and contributing to the post-assessment clinic consultation slot.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
