We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons St Marys Abingdon Day Nursery and Preschool.

Job Description:
  • Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's development, promoting key milestones.
  • Develop strong parent/carer partnerships, ensuring effective communication.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Effective communication skills with children and adults.
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
