Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to lead the development of our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, providing clinical leadership, and driving innovation in mental health services.
With a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, you will possess excellent clinical skills, a deep understanding of bio-psycho-social perspectives, and the ability to manage complex cases. Your expertise will enable you to provide senior medical input, assess referrals, and offer ongoing management for patients requiring longer-term care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in CAMHS, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and demonstrating new ways of working. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £114,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
