Job Title: Director of Child Care Operations

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Child Care Operations to join our team at the Center for Early Learning. This role plays a vital part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the child care center, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to families.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood or a related field and have experience working in early childhood environments. They should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to supervise staff effectively.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

About the Role:

The Director of Child Care Operations will work closely with the director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the child care center. This includes supervising staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of child development, early childhood education, and administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.

About You:
