Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides physical, mental health, and social care across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset. We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Team Lead to join our Older Adult Community Mental Health Team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

This permanent position offers a salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, with core working hours Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and occasional weekend shifts. You will work closely with Medical, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology colleagues, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
