Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily Care and Support: Ensuring the well-being of our service users through assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships: Developing strong connections with the individuals we support, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal growth, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and promoting independence.
  • Social Engagement: Facilitating activities that promote social interaction, such as holidays, social events, and hobbies.
